How much time does my team have to invest?
After a structured onboarding, the leadership team works with the Growth Advisor one to two days per quarter — depending on intensity. Between the workshops, focus calls with the management keep the rhythm going. The program replaces more meetings than it creates.
What does an engagement cost?
The 100-day sprint runs on a fixed price. The 12-month partner as a retainer. You get both broken down transparently after the second conversation – no day-rate gambling.
How are you different from a classic strategy consultancy?
We don’t deliver 200-slide studies. We work as sparring alongside your team – and we’re out the moment the system runs on its own. Maximum output, minimal consultant footprint.
Can we run the program in English?
Yes. We work in German or English – whichever your leadership team speaks. Hybrid language settings are possible too.
What if we’ve had enough after 100 days?
Then that’s a good outcome. The sprint is designed as a self-contained building block. An extension is optional, not expected.
What happens after a first conversation?
We take 7–10 days to propose a concrete setup. You then decide in your own time – no sales pressure, no expiry-date tricks.
How is the Growth Program different from Growth Circles?
The Growth Program is in-house support for your own leadership team — we work on your strategy, in your context. Growth Circles are curated peer groups of 8–12 CEOs from different companies. The two complement each other: many Growth Program clients run a Circle in parallel for outside sparring.
