JUSTGROW · Leadership Sprints

Four Leadership Sprints.
One growth architecture.

For mid-market leadership teams that mean it. A workshop often runs out of steam — a sprint creates real progress. Modular and combinable; in the discovery call we find out where your team stands right now.

Leadership Sprint facilitation: Olaf Sell

Most leadership teams book workshops one by one — and wonder why nothing grows together.

A strategy offsite in spring. An AI bootcamp in summer. A team offsite in autumn. Three months later: nothing has changed.

A workshop often runs out of steam. A Leadership Sprint creates real progress — and four of them, with a system, add up to a new operating system.

How the four sprints connect.

Two axes: inside or outside, operational or strategic. Each sprint owns one field — and addresses its own pain point.

Operational
Strategic
Inside view

Leadership-Team Alignment

How do we work?

Clarity is the hardest growth move.

Strategy

What do we want?

Strategy becomes behaviour, not PowerPoint.

Outside view

KI-Kompass

How do we respond to the AI shift?

Method, not tool.

Growth Plan

Where do we really grow?

Growth that doesn’t carry is just pace.

The four sprints aren’t parallel alternatives — you can use them on their own or combine them in sequence. The growth architecture emerges from the choice.

Where is your team stuck right now?

Four formats, one methodical core. Each sprint starts at a different point — and delivers its own outcome.

JUSTGROW works along its own methodology: One-Page Growth Plan, KI-Kompass, Leadership Sprint, Growth Circle, FeedForward, Klartext-Editions. No coaching. No classic consulting. Sparring at decision-maker level. Olaf is also co-founder of millionsteps — when sprint decisions turn into technical implementation, there’s a direct path.

Frequent questions.

Should I book all four sprints?

No. Most clients need one or two — depending on where it hurts. In the discovery call we diagnose which sprint is your current next step.

How are you different from a classic strategy or leadership consultancy?

We don’t deliver PDF reports. We mobilize you towards self-owned outcomes that work from day one. Sparring, not recommendation.

How many participants are ideal?

Depending on the sprint, 6 to 15. Extended leadership circle: C-level plus direct reports or vertical leads.

Online or on-site?

On-site recommended for all formats from a half-day up. Online works for 90-minute formats.

What does it cost?

On request — depending on sprint, format, group size and travel. You get the transparent logic in the discovery call.

What happens after the sprint?

A write-up plus an outcome artefact within 24–48 h. A quarterly review format for longer engagements. Optional: Olaf’s ongoing sparring alongside the management.

Not another workshop.
The next right step.

A 30-minute discovery call. We look at where your team stands right now — and which lever (or which sequence) really carries. No pitch. A diagnosis.
