Leadership Team Alignment.
When strategy meets execution. A modular Leadership Sprint for mid-sized leadership teams — online or on-site. Diagnosis, reframe, decision, commitment.
Most leadership teams agree that they don’t agree — but no one says it out loud.
Instead they optimise in parallel, nod politely and quietly pull in their own direction. That’s exactly where growth burns up. Not in the market. In your own engine room.
Alignment isn’t a workshop outcome. It’s an operating system. A day makes it visible — the mechanism behind it makes it last.
Three signals every experienced leadership team knows.
Decisions fizzle out.
Agreed in the meeting, not done in daily work. No one knows why.
Topics fall between the cracks.
Everyone assumed someone else had it. The interfaces are unclear.
Tension without an address.
Everyone feels it. No one names it. The energy drops, the numbers follow.
It’s not a communication problem.
Most teams treat this as a communication problem. It isn’t. It’s a decision-rights problem, dressed up as team dynamics. Until it’s clear who decides what — and how we measure success together — no extra offsite will repair the system.
Clarity isn’t soft. It’s the hardest growth move there is.
Online or on-site. As deep as you want.
From a compact diagnosis to a full day — how deep, we clarify in the discovery call.
Four modules. One logic.
Strategic north star
What do we really agree on — and what not? One-Page Growth Plan in live consensus. Three no-gos. Three yes-priorities.
Who decides what?
RACI stress test on three real live topics. Decision matrix for the top-5 interfaces.
How do we lead together?
FeedForward mechanism along the JUSTGROW method. Three binding leadership commitments.
Klartext session
What aren’t we saying to each other that holds us back? A facilitated Klartext circle. Agreements the team does differently from tomorrow.
No slide deck. No workshop theatre.
Clarity.
A shared view of the strategic north star — written down, on a single page. What counts, what doesn’t. Where we say yes. Where we say no.
Accountability.
Accountability isn’t a value. It’s a practice. Every decision has an owner, a date, a measurable success indicator. No “we’ll take care of it” platitudes.
A mechanism.
A repeatable format (Klartext, FeedForward, decision check) that turns the one-off workshop into a running operating system.
We work on the team’s operating model, not on its mood.
Who’s behind it.
Two Growth Advisors facilitate — Olaf Sell and Georg von Laffert.

Olaf Sell

Georg von Laffert
An operator with scaling DNA from industry and tech. Guides leadership teams between strategic clarity and hard execution.
JUSTGROW works along its own method: One-Page Growth Plan · KI-Kompass · Leadership Sprint · Growth Circle · FeedForward · Klartext-Editions. No coaching. No classic consulting. Sparring at decision-maker level.
Frequent questions.
How many participants are ideal?
Sweet spot: 8 to 15 people. That’s the extended leadership circle (C-level plus direct reports). Beyond 15, the Klartext quality weakens.
Do we need to prepare?
Yes. For every format, participants complete a diagnostic checklist in advance (~15 min). The half-day adds a pre-call, the full day adds individual interviews.
Online or on-site?
On-site works better, because Klartext gets harder in a Zoom tile grid. Online is doable, but needs tighter facilitation.
What does it cost?
On request — depending on format, number of participants and travel. You get the transparent logic in the discovery call.
What happens after the sprint?
Minutes within 24 h. For the full day: a 30/60/90-day follow-up as a binding mechanism. Optional: ongoing sparring support for the management team.
Who is it for?
Mid-sized companies with 50–500 staff. Family businesses. Scale-ups in the CEO/Founder Shift phase. Advisory boards after M&A or a strategy change.
Related sprints.
Ready for an honest diagnosis?
If your team is lately deciding politely past each other more often than together — then this workshop isn’t “nice to have”. It’s the next right lever.
