My imprint is entrepreneurial — and it takes growth literally. As a forester I learned that durable growth needs structure, patience and the right conditions. As an entrepreneur and Growth Advisor I bring the same stance into leadership teams: my focus is the point where strategy becomes a roadmap that aligns the team and creates focus.
