Olaf Sell
I work with entrepreneurs whose growth needs to mature — not just scale. As a Growth Advisor I'm a sparring partner, not a coach: I bring a position, not just questions.
A coach works on the person. A Growth Advisor works on the business — with you.
Strategy, model, execution, leadership team, accountability architecture: growth rarely fails on the plan — it fails in the translation into everyday work. That's exactly where I work — on three levels at once: with you as CEO, in the leadership team, in the organization.
Organizations can only grow as fast as their leaders.
Where I come from.
I know the entrepreneur's perspective first-hand: I founded my first company while still studying. Then two scale-ups from the inside — one in the UK, one in Germany. From there BCG Platinion (Boston Consulting Group) brought me on; I stayed around five years. Since then, more than 15 years of strategy and growth work in European mid-sized companies, family businesses and scale-ups.
My focus is the point where most strategies leak away: translating strategy into behavior — not into PowerPoint. I work with the One-Page Growth Plan, with Klartext instead of coaching-speak, and with a leadership rhythm that holds even when the day is full.
I'm convinced the Mittelstand needs strengthening. As a TEDx speaker (TEDxBerlin, TEDxSchwabing) and TEDx organizer I bring ideas to the stage that inspire entrepreneurs and people — and then help put them into practice.

How we can work together.
CEO Sparring
1:1, confidential, for the lonely decisions at the top. A steady counterpart that takes a position.
Growth Circle
A leadership rhythm with other CEOs — Klartext instead of consensus. A Growth Circle is a leadership rhythm, not a workshop.
KI-Kompass
AI as a leadership question, not an IT project. A method to decide between hype and governance.
When you're looking for a counterpart who speaks Klartext.
No scheduling ping-pong, no sales pitch. A first discovery call in which we check whether it fits.
